Free Email Address Extractor
IF the system requirement of .NET 4.5 framework is accurate then it will be impossible for XP to run it since the last version of .NET framework to support XP was 4.03 it is very odd that it has so many executables in the installation folder..
Outlook Email Extractor v2.2.exe
Outlook Email Extractor v2.2-2003.exe
Outlook Email Extractor v2.2-2007.exe
Outlook Email Extractor v2.2-2010.exe
Outlook Email Extractor v2.2-2013.exe
That to me implies it may support Outlook from MSOffice 2003 in addition to what is stated in the system requirements.
Theoretically there is a hack on the XML config files associated with each executable where if you have XP you may be able to trick the programs into using the highest version of .NET supported by XP
change
supportedRuntime version='v4.0' sku='.NETFramework,Version=v4.5'
to
supportedRuntime version='v4.0' sku='.NETFramework,Version=v4.0'
And if your XP installation has the final release of .NET for XP it may well be able to run the executables whose .config files are modified as above.
I have used the same trick to get Windows 7 and above .NET programs demanding .NET 4.8 to run under Vista under .NET 4.6
